To The World Of LEDs With LED Expo

Indian lighting industry may have progressed a great deal but it may still be lacking behind in the production of energy efficient lights and technologies for a better tomorrow. Though awareness against the consumption of energy is on the rise, industries may be far behind in implementing norms and producing such devices that can control energy consumption. LEDs are light emitting diodes that are supposedly cleaner than the ordinary bulbs which reduce the burden on earth a great deal. For this, a fair like LED Expo was really important to take the initiative towards a greener tomorrow.

In the world of LED, various segments converge like LED back lighting, LED graphic or video displays, true OOH media and many more. Taking place in New Delhi, this expo is dedicated to provide LED based electrical appliances and products apart from showcasing many other scientific innovations. This Expo is one of the predominant expos in India which is trying to bring forth latest and economical inventions to the visitors who also get educated through the various programs in the expo. Expos on energy efficient products and appliances are a must attend for the industry which cannot dissociate itself from the latest happenings.

The Led Expo is going to be the ideal base for entertaining exhibitors from Asian countries apart from the rest of the world. This one will also welcome guests from various parts of the world to network and form business relations with favorable exhibitors. In the world of LED applications, event like this is a major initiative as this enhances trade prospects and also fulfills social responsibility. Manufacturers, equipment suppliers and engineers specializing in designing various products can be accessed at such expos. In fact, consciousness about this field has increased over the years, thanks to such expos.

There were several hiccups in the domain of LED technology as not all had clear ideas about it until the LED Expo was held. It has been highly successful in addressing the market which is competitive along with the global market. This expo is amongst the unique shows which have appealed to a large base of visitors from various fields like lighting, architectural and many other industries applying or looking for prospects in LED for their industries.

There are a lot of other factors which cannot be overlooked if we are to look for favorable changes in the following sector of the LEDs. LED Expo 2011 is trying to incorporate those sections together to scientifically provide solutions to the problems that are restrains, which include some laxity in technical know how in LED technology. Several industries have progressed after attending the show in the previous year and there are records of bulk production of LED lamps and display panels.

Some W@ys To Be H@ppy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Believe in the possibility that many people are wrong, and happiness is really available to everyone if you know how to do happy.I know guys its really very easy to give lessons to others rather then to implement then in our own life and personality but its really good to tell others something that they can really try to remain happy in their lives.
Any change in behaviour must happen in the NOW, focusing on what you should have done, or will have to do is going backwards and forwards, you're only ever in the NOW, and in the NOW is where happiness is. It's an attitude, a feeling, a joyful expression of who you are.
isn't it so, that when someone's happy you know about it, and when someone's sad you know about that too.
Each behaviour is learnt and a set of processes that anyone can do. So here are few ways to be happy and i will always advice all the readers to please try these ways and make your life really HAPPY. Life is really the beautifulest gift given by God to mankind,  So please enjoy each and every moment of it .

  1. Believe there is calmness at the center of all of us.
  2. Know that the mind is peaceful until made to be otherwise.
  3. Believe you have the right to be happy.
  4. Realize that every feeling you have is preceded by a thought.
  5. Be aware of the bewildering array of ego pursuits that surround us.
  6.  Work to be around positive people.
  7.  Know that you were created to be content.
  8. Know that nothing has to go right for you to be at peace.
  9.  Remember that there are no permanent mistakes.
  10. Take others as they are. Help when a way to help is clear. See innocence in mistakes.
  11. Remember that haste makes unhappiness. Give yourself more time to do things.
  12. Start identifying people and places that cause unhappiness.
  13. Avoid working to defeat people who disagree with you.
  14. Forgive. Know that to forgive you need do nothing, it is an act of the heart, not the body. Let go, give up, cease to harbor.
  15. Know that when any judgmental train of thought ends, the damage it caused to the mind ends with it.
  16. Try to look upon the world the way we allow ourselves to look at a child.
  17. Work to enjoy the present.
  18. Realize that everyone has the key to being content but few use it. The key is our undeveloped mental focus.
  19. Avoid the world motto "do little and expect much". Trade it in for "work hard but expect very little".
  20. Remember that a gentle vision makes a more gentle world.

DESERVE BEST

Being an Ishanian I got an opportunity to attend 86 hour class during my management course. It was a great opportunity for me to proof myself in certain field and to see where I stand. This 86 hour class is conducted in our institute i.e. Ishan Institute of Management every year for developing student’s overall personality and communication skill. These classes are very much beneficial for the students as it is a continuous 86 hour class in which students can judge their capabilities, potential, will power and their ability to bear stress during these 3 days. These classes were conducted by Mr. Pramod Athaley (management guru). He is a very enthusiastic personality and this enthusiasm creates interest throughout the class which helped us to cope up without feeling tired. Different activities are performed by all the students. These activities include presentations, games, case studies and meditation. He told us that 20 minutes meditation is equal to 6 hour sleep of which we were not at all aware. We also did this meditation of 20 minutes in between the class. These different types of activities were performed by the students and groups were made depending upon the number of students and each group decides a name for his/her group. Then throughout the classes marks were allotted to the individual and as well as to the group for their performance, behaviour, concentration, punctuality, attentiveness and overall participation in the programme. I decided to attend this 86 hour class due to some reasons. These reasons are to see how much stress I can manage and to see my will power. I really believe in a saying that “Where there is a will, there is a way.” It means that if you think that you can do a particular task and have firm determination in yourself then no one can stop you.
The class started about 6:00 am in the morning. First of all, we all had an introduction round with our mentor and after that groups were made and along with that a team leader was selected for each group. Our session started with a game just to check our skills and after that the class started. Then Mr. Pramod started his lectures on different management related topics and showed us different videos on “How one should prepare himself to give presentations”. The name of the 86 hour class for the year 2010 was titled as the “DESERVE BEST”. The objective of this 86 hour class was - to help to equip the participant to met the changing requirement, to teach the participant about the new techniques and ways of performing the assignments, to prepare participant for higher level tasks and challenges. The main aim of these classes was to improve the knowledge, skills and competencies through structured training. Emphasis was given on functional and behavioural discipline. This programme really improved the capability, capacity and confidence of each and every student and this was done through in residential training case studies and role plays. Along with knowledge related to management and corporate world he also gave us spiritual knowledge and told us the importance of yagya, yoga and udyoga in our life. He told us that we should have big head like Shri Ganeshji that inspires us to listen patiently to new ideas and suggestions and narrow eyes point to deep concentration needed to finish tasks in hand well and quickly, the long nose tells us to poke around inquisitively to learn more, and the small mouth reminds to speak less and listen more. He also gave us Vedic training in management.
Formal competence= factual knowledge+ theory and skills.
Real competence= Formal competence + development of consciousness.
He told us that we should all have a positive attitude in our personality because positive attitude always provide good results. He also gave us certain corporate lessons like-To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting vey very high up, not everyone who gets you out of the shit is your friend, not everyone who drops shit on you is your enemy, and when you are in deep shit keep your mouth shut. He told us that what the importance of one is. He gave some very good examples that at 99 degree water is hot but at 100 degree it boils, an athlete wins the race only by a sec. Its only one degree that separates the good from the great. He delivered some speeches on attitude, personality and told us the importance of meditation and yogya in our life and these motivational speeches really changed the entire participant to a certain extent and the way of thinking and working. “If we want to achieve what we never had e have to do what we never did.” During the session apart from lectures we were also shown some clippings, presentations and we have to interpret what we understood from that particular clipping. Any student was randomly selected and had to brief that what he/she understood from that clipping. Some games were played in between just to create interest in the class and so that we all don’t feel sleepy and bored. Marks were allotted on all these activities. This was all about our day session and after taking the dinner the night session started. We were also provided with very light food. During the night hours each one of us along with our groups has to go through the case studies and solve them and make presentation on that. To solve these case studies and making presentation was our night assignment and in the morning each group has to represent the presentation and on that presentation each group was judged. We all were also given a mantra by Mr. Pramod for body and mind fitness and to develop concentration. In this way all the students who participated in 86 hour class really achieved many things and saw a change in his/her personality. The entire participant successfully completed these classes and really felt different and proud after it was over. After the 86 hour class was over we all were also ready to extend those classes because that session was really very interesting and we all enjoyed each and every moment of that.
After that closing ceremony was there and awards were distributed to the participant depending on their capabilities and their performance in that session. Different awards were distributed like best group, best participant, best leader, best presentator etc. I really enjoyed this session and it is my advice to each one you who is reading this article that if you will get the opportunity to attend these 86 hour classes in any sphere of your life never be behind because you will really gain something which will help you in future and in your career. It will help you in grooming your personality and to know certain truths of life of which you all might be unaware. This was my view for the Deserve Best and if I will ever again get a chance to participate I will always be ready for that.

For any further queries all the readers are most welcome!!!!!!!!!!
